  1. I enjoyed listening to your podcast. I did not grow up with hymns, and I'm not very familiar with many of them. But I find myself looking up hymns to sing to my baby to soothe him. I really love the idea of being intentional about incorporating hymns throughout the day to help our children sing and praise God and learn more about Him. I do believe there is uplifting spiritual value in both hymns and modern day praise and worship music, but there is a definitely a certain beauty to hymns. Hearing about how hymns have personally impacted your life is really encouraging. Thank you for sharing this!

    1. Oh Sarah! This really encourages my heart so much to know that the podcast was an encouragement to you. I too have loved calming my little ones by singing hymns to them. Singing to my youngest two at night is one of the highlights of my day. It is a nice point to get to, at the end of the day, when I can draw them close and sing with them. May the Lord bless you, Sarah! Thank you for listening and commenting!
